A happy heart.

Do you know that feeling you get when everything is going just right? The feeling that sometimes takes you by surprise? Life is happening all around you, but your heart is happy.
I was watching Brendan talk with a group of girls and I imagined he had that feeling. He was funny, charming and respectful and the girls were lapping it up. I was having a nice conversation of my own, so I let him linger for much longer than normal. Dylan was even happy.
We walked out of the church peacefully and calmly. Normally, I would be sitting here waiting for the bomb to fall from the sky and a war to break out - but not tonight. I am going to go to bed happy that I have that happy heart feeling.
