I need to borrow a husband.

Really, I do. Does anyone have a good one that they're willing to lend out? You see, I have this clothes line that is attached to the side of my house and runs to a huge post down the yard. The post is probably about 25 feet tall and stuck in the ground like a fence post. The problem is that the post has been there for about 50 years and is rotten at the ground level. I figure another couple loads of laundry and that baby is coming down. I need it taken out, a hole dug and I assume, some cement poured to fix a new post in place (I don't want it coming out again - EVER!). Or, maybe there is an entirely better way to deal with the whole thing. So, if you have a solution to my problem, please let me know! The clothes line is vital to clean laundry throughout our project!
