No clever title today.

Do you ever have a day that is full of work, conversations, phone calls, kids and other stuff, but at the end of it nothing seems to have gotten done? That was today for me. I had the morning in my office, lunch with a friend, more time in my office, picked up kids, watched some more volleyball and came home. The next time I looked up it was bedtime.
I have deadlines to be meeting and I'm wandering aimlessly through my days. Tomorrow needs some focus and production.

I think if I'm going to bother writing every day and people are actually going to read it, I need to make more of an effort to have something to say. I think of clever, funny little things during the day, but by the time I get to my computer, they're gone and I'm left with a boring recollection of my day.

It's not like I'm short on material either. There are plenty of funny kid stories, ex husband stories, family stories and life incidents to keep me going for a really long time. I never have to worry about running out of interesting and funny things to write about because every day adds something new to the story bank. Maybe the problem isn't that I don't have anything to say, maybe the problem is that I can hear Grey's Anatomy in the background....
